In response to changing business needs and increased demand for cloud-based phone systems, Advanced Communications is now offering two package plans for Advanced Cloud PBX Services. Our business phone service plans bring cost-effective business phone systems to our customers without the need to install or maintain any equipment. Whether you are running a small or a large business, PBX is right for you. A private branch exchange (PBX) system is a network that enables telecommunications internally and externally hosted off-site and in the cloud. As a business owner, this gives you the reliability and scalability needed to keep up with operations. Additionally, we offer major IP phone brands that have the latest technology. Our packages include business-class features such as a mobile phone and desktop app, virtual and desktop fax capability, SMS text capability, and a web portal to easily manage your system and billing. 

Our two Cloud pbx plans consist of the Basic User Plan, which includes messaging and phone services for $20 a month per seat/user, and the Advanced User Plan, which includes messaging, video, and phone services starting at $25 a month per seat/user. We are further able to customize our plans to meet your business needs. 


Our pricing for the Basic User Plan is $20 a month per seat or user, which means that the amount you pay per month depends on how many extensions or individuals will be using our services internally. Please note that there is no limit to how many users you can add to the system. 

With the basic plan, you will receive a web portal, unlimited internet fax, music on hold, team messaging, unlimited audio conferencing, and auto attendants. You will further receive comprehensive reports of call history and quality of service, in addition to access to our mobile app and voicemail to email and voicemail to text services. 


Like our Basic User Plan, our Advanced option is priced per seat or user, costing $25 per month. With this service package, you receive automatic and on-demand call recording stored for 90 days, automatic day/night mode routing, auto attendants, single-sign-on, hot desking, and unlimited internet faxing. 

Additionally, the plan includes whisper, barge, or monitor options, video conferencing for up to 50 participants, real-time network and call reports, and Salesforce integration with click-to-call. You will have access to a web portal, text capabilities from landline connections, and the ability to queue calls with a callback option and ACD.
